Sports massage

Sports massage is suitable for anyone (even if you don’t play sports or exercise!) however it is common amongst those who are regularly active.

A sport massage involves manipulation of soft tissue and movement of your limbs to allow us to stretch the muscles and increase the range of movement around your joints. Pressure can be adapted to your preference.

A sports massage is perfect for times when you are training heavy at the gym, training for a marathon or just have that delayed onset muscle soreness after a workout!

This treatment is also suitable for anyone, even if you do not exercise or are not very active.

If you are not sure if you need a sports massage or deep tissue massage, our friendly therapists are there to provide advice and your massage can be changed during the appointment.
